You can now record that a customer’s date of birth has been verified

What’s new? You can now record that a customer’s date of birth has been verified. A small but important addition designed to help businesses meet compliance requirements.
This feature is currently available in the Web App, with plans to expand to online booking soon.
What does this mean? When editing a customer profile, you’ll now see a “Verify” option beside the Date of Birth field.
Once selected, it marks the date as verified, ensuring your records clearly reflect that you’ve checked the customer’s age.
Why did we do this? New regulations, particularly in the UK, require salons, clinics, and wellness businesses to confirm customer age before providing certain treatments or services.
This update helps businesses stay compliant, without adding friction to the booking process.
Where to find it Open the Web App, navigate to Customers > Edit Customer, and select Verify beside the Date of Birth field.
That’s it, a simple tap to confirm your compliance.
