What’s new?

You can now add custom instructions to customer passes.

These instructions are included in the email customers receive after purchasing a pass.

Why we’ve added it:

Some customers need additional guidance on how to use their pass — especially when it’s purchased as a gift. This helps ensure a smoother experience and reduces confusion during booking.

Where to find it:

You can add or edit instructions when creating or updating a pass.

Go to Manage → Passes, then:

  1. Edit an existing pass or create a new one
  2. Add your instructions in the new instructions field
  3. Save your changes

Your instructions will automatically be included in the customer’s pass email.
