How do I manage Customers in a Class Reservation?

To manage Customers in a Class Reservation, find the Reservations on the Bookings screen and open it.

Click Attendees

Click the Edit icon to edit Customer details how-do-i-manage-customers-in-a-class-reservation

Click the Check In icon to check the Customer in how-do-i-manage-customers-in-a-class-reservation

Click the No Show icon to mark Customer as a no show how-do-i-manage-customers-in-a-class-reservation

Click the Sale icon to create a Sale and pay for the class how-do-i-manage-customers-in-a-class-reservation

Click the Delete icon to delete the Customer from the Attendee list how-do-i-manage-customers-in-a-class-reservation

Click the Add Customer button to add another Customer to the list how-do-i-manage-customers-in-a-class-reservation

To manage Customers in a Class Reservation, find the Reservation on the Bookings screen and tap it

Scroll down to Customer attendees and tap on the arrow

You  will see a list of the Customers already booked into this Group Reservation

Taping Actions at the top of the pop up, is a shortcut to common actions performed. Tap on the action (Check-in, Mark as Paid, or Email Sale), and then tap on the Customer for whom you wish to perform that action.

Taping on a Customer's name to edit their detail, and perform various Actions:

Cancel ReservationTap onCancel Reservation to remove the Customer from the attendees list
Customer Check-inTap on Customer Check-in to check the customer in to the Class. A Check in pop-up will appear. Select from the options:
Please note: **Use Pass(es)**will only be an option if that Customer has purchased a relevant valid Pass. Selecting Use Pass(es) will remove one usage from that Customers' Pass. ( See Passes Help Guide)
Didn't showTap Didn't show to mark the Customer with a No-show tag. The NO-show tag can be removed by tapping (x)
Send EmailTap on Send Email to send various notification emails to the customer
Delete ReservationTap Delete Reservation to delete the reservation from the schedule completely
Create SaleTap Create Sale to create a sale for this customer

To manageCustomers in a Class Reservation, tap on the Reservation on the Bookings screen

Tap Attendees

You'll see a list of the Customers already booked into thisGroup Reservation

Tap on the Customer's name to carry out various Actions:

FieldDescription
CancelRemoves the Customer from the attendees list
Check-inCheck the Customer into the class
Didn't showMark the Customer with a No-show tag. The No-show tag can be removed by tapping (x)
Send EmailOffers various notification emails to the Customer for you to send
MoveMove the Customer to a different class
RebookOffers options to re-book for one class in X number of weeks
DeleteDeletes the reservation from the group booking completely. Deleted Reservations will not show in the customer profile
Create SaleCreate a sale for this reservation

Tap EDIT in the top right hand corner of the Attendee box to edit the following:

PriceEdit the price for this particular Customer
NotesEnter any notes relating to this Customer
