How do I set a Customers marketing preferences?

To set a Customers marketing preferences, choose Customers > List

Click the Editicon against the Customer name how-do-i-set-a-customers-marketing-preferences

Click on the Marketing tab

Send NotificationsThese setting affect how your Customer will receive system-generated notifications:None - the Customer will not receive any notificationsAll - the Customer will receive both Email and SMS notificationsEmail Only *-*the Customer will receive Email notifications onlySMS Only *-the Customer will receive SMS notifications onlyThe below two options relate to reminders:*Email Preferred -in the case where a reminder is sent via email and SMS, the Customer can opt to receive via emailSMS Preferred *-*in the case where a reminder is sent via email and SMS, the Customer can opt to receive via SMS
Allow Online BookingSelecting this checkbox allows the Customer to book online
Mass Email UnsubscribedSelecting this checkbox unsubscribes the customer from mass emails.A mass email will not go to this Customer
Mass SMS UnsubscribedSelecting this checkbox unsubscribes the customer from mass SMS's.A mass SMS will not go to this Customer

Make your selections and click Save
