Four new updates that make day-to-day management easier.

This month’s update includes a series of practical improvements designed to make running your business even more seamless. Whether it’s handling receipts, reviewing sales, managing billing, or staying compliant with regulations — these small-but-mighty changes are all about giving you greater control with less friction.
1 - A Clearer View of Your Plan & Billing
Everything you need to know, in one tidy place.
We’ve redesigned the Plan & Billing page to give you a clearer snapshot of your account at a glance. Instantly see your current plan, billable staff, and billing frequency. Need to update something? Easily change your plan, swap payment methods, or download past invoices, all from one intuitive interface.
2 - Custom Receipt Numbers
Now supporting alphanumeric or sequential formats.
You can now choose how your receipt numbers are generated:
This is perfect for regions like Australia, where health fund rebates and tax rules require sequential numbering, or for businesses that simply prefer a tidy, trackable system.
3 - Stripe Payment Method Visibility
More transparency, fewer questions.
Stripe payment entries now show exactly how a payment was made, whether by card, Klarna, or another third-party integration. This helps avoid confusion when card details aren’t captured (as with Klarna).
Where? Find this detail on individual Stripe transactions in the Payment section of the customer's sale.
4 - Faster Sale Status Checks
New visual badges make payment status clear.
We’ve added a state badge to the Sales list so you can instantly tell if a sale is paid, partially paid, unpaid, or overpaid. No more hovering or decoding coloured text — it’s now obvious at a glance.
Where? Look for the new State column on the Sales page.
